Poppy and Glamrock Merge is a character-merge puzzle in the Poppy Playtime / Glamrock visual family. You drag two identical character tiles together to merge them into a higher-tier version, and each tier is a recognizably stronger character with stronger stats. Your merged team carries into level fights, so the merging board is also your roster builder — the more efficiently you merge, the better your team performs in the next combat segment.
How to play
You click or drag tiles together on the merge board. Matching characters fuse into the next tier, freeing up board space. New tiles spawn between actions, so the loop is: merge, free space, accept spawn, merge again. Higher-tier characters are required to clear later combat segments, so the strategic question is how aggressively to push one tile up the chain versus how broadly to populate the board.
Controls
- Mouse: click and drag a character tile onto an identical one to merge.
- Touch: drag with one finger; tiles snap on release if compatible.
Tips & tricks
- Push one tile deep before broadening. A single top-tier character beats five mid-tier ones in combat.
- Leave one column for spawn intake. A full board halts spawns, and you stall.
- Don’t merge into a tier you don’t need yet. The combat threshold tells you when to escalate.
- If two merges are available, take the one that creates the higher final tier — even if it leaves more low tiles behind.
