Fire Balls Shoot 3D is a cannon puzzle built around timing. You face a 3D stack of colored targets, you have a cannon at the bottom of the screen, and a set of barriers slides across your line of fire on a fixed cycle. Each shot has to thread the gap and hit the right tier of the stack to count. Sessions are short — clear the tower, get the destruction payoff, move to the next layout.
How to play
You aim by moving the cursor and fire by clicking. The cannon shoots colored balls that match the targets you want to break; misses cost you a ball from the reserve and the level resets when the reserve runs out. Each layout has a different barrier pattern — some sweep horizontally, some rotate, some open in pulses — so reading the cycle is the first thing you do on every new stage. The destruction feedback is the reward loop: a clean stack-collapse pays off the whole sequence.
Controls
- Mouse: move to aim the cannon, click to fire a ball. Hold and release works the same way for slower, more deliberate shots.
Tips & tricks
- Watch one full barrier cycle before your first shot. Two seconds of observation saves three wasted balls.
- Aim for the lowest target in a stack you want to collapse — gravity does the rest once the base goes.
- When barriers move fast, lead the gap. Click slightly before the opening reaches your firing line, not when it is already there.
- If a level keeps killing your reserve, restart on purpose. Saved ammo from a clean opening is worth more than a salvaged messy one.
What makes it good
We picked it because the timing window between barrier passes is the puzzle — without that, it would be a generic shooter, and with it, each shot becomes a small decision you actually feel.
